Loh Lee Soon
Loh Lee Soon was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Maybank Asset Management Group Berhad on 22 April 2013 and the Chairman of the Investment Committee of Maybank Asset Management Group Berhad on 15 January 2017.

He is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.

He started his career with Peat Marwick Mitchell & Co as an auditor from 1974 until 1982. Thereafter, he established his auditing and information technology consultancy firm in 1984. He has held senior management positions in UEM Group Berhad, KPMG Consulting, Oracle Corporation Malaysia Sdn Bhd, specialising in information technology and management consulting. He was also formerly an independent director of Scicom (MSC) Berhad.

In addition, he is the member of Audit Committee of the Board at MAMG. His other board memberships within the Maybank Group include Maybank Asset Management Singapore Pte Ltd, Etiqa Life Insurance Berhad and Etiqa General Insurance Berhad (EGIB) (formerly known as Etiqa Insurance Berhad). He is the Chairman of Audit Committee of Maybank Ageas Holdings Berhad, the Chairman of Board Oversight Committee Information Technology, a member of the Risk Management Committee of Maybank Ageas Holdings Berhad and a member of EGIB Board Oversight Committee of Proposed Land Development.
Bedi Harmeet Singh 
Bedi was appointed as Non-Independent Non-Executive director of Maybank Asset Management Singapore on 31 January 2017. He is also Chairman, CEO and Executive Director of Maybank Kim Eng Securities Pte. Ltd. (MKES) since 15 July 2014 where he is responsible for the overall development of the Group's business in Singapore, including the execution of growth strategies in alignment with the Maybank Group's plans.

Bedi has more than 25 years of banking experience in Asia, which includes over 15 years of banking experience in Singapore, in the areas of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, investment banking, regional sector coverage, and corporate banking. Prior to joining MKES, Bedi worked at UBS Singapore where he held the position of Managing Director and Head of Corporate Finance and Mergers and Acquisitions for South East Asia. Prior to that, he headed the South East Asia Corporate Finance teams at Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank AG based in Singapore. Bedi has also held senior corporate finance and sector coverage positions at JP Morgan in Singapore and Hong Kong, and has also been involved in investment banking and corporate banking at JP Morgan and HSBC in India.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from St Xavier's College, University of Bombay, India and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management (Master in Business Administration) from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, India.
Goh Keat Jin
Executive Director
Goh Keat Jin was appointed as Executive Director of Maybank Asset Management Singapore on 1 June 2017.

Keat Jin possesses diverse work experience in the financial industry. His career began as an actuarial consultant in Scottish Widows Life and Pension Fund before he moved on to IDEA as a technical analyst for the forex and bond markets. He then pursued a career in the equities space in research, sales and account management with stints at various regional stockbrokers and European investment banks.

He joined the Maybank group in 2011 and served at Maybank Kim Eng (MKE) as the Regional Head of Institutional Equities where he played an instrumental role in the integration of Maybank Investment Bank-Kim Eng Group and the development of MKE’s institutional equities business. He was appointed the Regional Head of International Business in 2015. In this role, he identified new business opportunities and continued to build MKE’s equities client base especially in the non-ASEAN markets.

In 2016, Keat Jin joined Maybank’s Financial Institutions Group (FIG) and was appointed the Managing Director for Non-Bank Financial Institutions. His key duties include the formulation of business strategy and development of FIG client relationships.

He has a Bachelor of Science (Actuarial Science) (First Class Honours) from London School of Economics, UK. He is also a certified Chartered Financial Analyst (US).
