[Maybank AM, Group] Maybank Asset Management Group Berhad has completed the acquisition of Amanah Mutual Berhad through its designated wholly-owned subsidiary, Maybank Asset Management Sdn. Bhd. on 17 May 2018.

Notice is hereby given that Maybank Asset Management Group Berhad ("MAMG") on 17 May 2018 has completed the acquisition of Amanah Mutual Berhad ("AMB") through its designated wholly-owned subsidiary, Maybank Asset Management Sdn Bhd ("MAMSB"), having received all the required regulatory approvals.

AMB will continue to operate as usual following the acquisition. The funds under AMB will remain professionally managed by experienced investment managers, supported by Maybank Group's regional investment platform.

The combined entity will offer a more diverse range of investment solutions and deeper expertise to help investors achieve· their investment objectives in a consistent and sustainable manner.
